ADRI Encourages and support state of the art academic research, aimed at solving high priority problems in all fields of defense and security. A Professional Advisory Committee recommend projects to be fund by the institute. The projects are judged and rated according to their: Relevance to the security of the state of Israel, Novelty, and Scientific excellence.
The committee submit its recommendations to the ADRI Head, who jointly with the Executive Vice President for Research, decides to grant approximately 20-25 research proposals every year.
